By using our website, joining our VIP Club, or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Orders placed through Just Eat, Uber Eats, or Deliveroo are subject to those platforms' own terms and conditions in addition to ours.

Orders placed directly through our website are processed via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to unavailability, a pricing error, or other reasonable cause. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation notification. Please check it carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. Your order will not be confirmed until payment is successfully completed.

Our kitchen handles a range of ingredients including common allergens such as gluten, nuts, dairy, soy, and shellfish. If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or specific dietary requirement, please contact us directly before ordering — do not rely solely on menu descriptions.

While we take every possible precaution, we cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free from allergens due to the nature of our kitchen environment. Kutsara Tinidor cannot accept liability for an allergic reaction where we have not been informed of the relevant allergy prior to the order being placed.

Once a food order is confirmed and preparation has begun, it may not be possible to cancel. If you believe your order is incorrect, missing items, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kutsaratinidor.co.uk.

For orders placed via Just Eat, Uber Eats, or Deliveroo, please follow their respective cancellation and refund processes. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

Membership of our Kutsara Tinidor VIP Club is free and voluntary. By signing up, you consent to receiving marketing communications from us by email and/or SMS, including exclusive offers, new dishes, and promotions.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP to any SMS, or contacting us at contact@kutsaratinidor.co.uk. VIP Club offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Offers are for personal use only and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.

Our website is provided for information and ordering purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. You must not misuse our website through unauthorised access, harmful code, or fraudulent purposes.
